When paying online you have a number of options. The easiest and most convenient way to pay online is with PayPal. If you do choose PayPal then you can choose to pay using your PayPal balance or by using your credit or debit card. You can also make a bank transfer into our bank account; details available at checkout.
Alternatively, you can also pay directly using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express debit or credit card.

UK Standard Delivery: £4.99 up to 2KG. We will calculate postage over 2KG once the order is weighed. We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order. If you have not received it after 5 days then please contact us.
If you would like to collect your order, please email us to arrange this and choose the Local pickup option on the delivery section.
We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
As far as possible, in order to be environmentally friendly, we will re-use packaging delivered to us and supply products that are eco friendly.
The international delivery rate is calculated by weight. Once an order is received, we will let you know the cost of postage. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes – these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order but in the event that it arrives damaged or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us at angela@angela-jayne.co.uk for advice on a refund or replacement. Please send a photo so that we can assess the damage. If the item is unsuitable, it should be returned in the original packaging in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.
