This antique paste pot made circa the 1890s still has its original lid intact.  The two grooves on the lid were for the string when sealing the pot’s contents; we wonder what they were?  It’s a really interesting piece of history and overall it is in amazing condition considering it was dug up from the ground over 30 years ago! It is beautifully crazed which only adds to its character and charm and it has the wording “Toogood Patent London” underneath.   Of course, it has been repurposed into a beautiful soya wax candle which totally changes its use! As usual, we only use the finest vegan-friendly ingredients.  100% soya wax is used, alongside a quality fragrance to give you a luxury candle!
