This vintage scratch-built mini Welsh dresser is so cute, lovingly made by someone in the past, maybe for a small child who we can only imagine having lots of happy memories playing with it.  Painted in Annie Sloan chalk paint, distressed, and waxed to protect it.  Considering its age, it still has lots of life in it either for a small child to play with or even better, a grown-up to display collectibles.  It actually makes a great styling piece all on its own; it really is a little gem.
