This huge rare antique pink apothecary jar is such a gem.  Every now and again I find something which I really do want to keep, and this is no exception.  Standing at 21cm tall with crazing all over which I think only adds to its character and charm, its patina is just fabulous.  It has a chip on the base which does not detract from how lovely it is.  The colour is amazing; a very soft pink. These jars are so striking and highly collectible.  In days gone by, they would have adorned the old Apothecary shop shelves filled with herbs and remedies for your ailments.  Today, it would make a beautiful display in a bathroom or kitchen and it has plenty of room for storage.  It makes the most perfect vase to fill with a beautiful bunch of flowers.  Could you find a home for this huge rare antique pink apothecary jar; it really is a beauty.
