This is an absolutely beautiful vintage floral impressionism oil painting; the details in it are exquisite.  We’re not sure of the date of it but it is signed on the front by the artist Josée and 1970 or 1978?  On the back, it has a label saying “Mrs Josephine Spielman” – Flowers for 65.  It also has a couple of tears, measuring approximately 1 and 2 centimetres each which could be repaired.  These do not detract from how beautiful this painting is and we can imagine the artist wiling away the time painting this wonderful piece.  It has a very basic wooden frame which can easily be removed and the canvas left unframed; either way, it is still an absolutely stunning vintage piece.
