This lovely vintage coronation beaker candle celebrates the Coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth on 12 May 1937.  The patina is amazing, with crazing all over and a small hairline crack but I think that only adds to its charm and character.  It is such a special piece and even better as it has been repurposed into a lovely fragranced candle with the scent of Darjeeling & Tea Rose – “Think of ‘Tea at The Ritz’ and you are there! It is a mix of Darjeeling Tea and Tea Rose; it’s heavenly”
