This vintage Matchbox BP lorry Christmas decoration is charming.  It is a diecast from the “Models of Yesteryear” range of a 1912 Ford Model T British Petroleum Company Ltd. The tanker is one of a range of collectible toys/models made by Matchbox up to the 1980s/early 1990s—the range, aimed at children of over 8 years and adults.

It is over 40 years old and in immaculate condition and has never been used except for display.  It has been re-purposed into a gorgeous Christmas decoration, with a nod to the past.   I think it would enhance any home at Christmas…
