This is a beautiful Victorian stoneware commode pot that comes with an originally decorated lid, which although chipped, you can’t see once on the pot.  It is a whopper and makes a perfect plant pot.  It would equally sit well in a bathroom or kitchen; it makes a really useful pot to store items in.  It has a wonderful patina with crazing making it a true vintage collector’s item.
