This super rare antique Parisienne confiture pot is absolutely stunning.  The writing on the front says:

D Ceoutel

Avenue de Villiers

au coin de la rue Demours

PARIS

This pot would have been filled with wonderful tasting jam and adorned the shelves of French homes.  Although the writing is faded, it is still a beautiful pot and is highly collectible.  I have never seen one like this before as it is so rare; it really is a gem.  It makes a beautiful vase though of course, you could use it for your utensils in your kitchen or it makes a stunning display piece on its own.
